I've placed my order, now what?

Now that we've received your order our design team will finish cutting out your photo within 24 hours. We then manually place the face onto the pattern and make any adjustments to ensure a perfect print. Once we have finished creating your order it goes straight into production. On average it takes us 3-6 business days to print and hand stitch your order. For customers who ordered a custom pet painting product, please kindly allow an additional 1-3 business days for production. We will send you a shipping confirmation email once your parcel is on it's way.

How long does delivery take?

Once shipped our estimated delivery time is around 5-10 business days. We state this information on each product page, Track Order page, FAQ page, Shipping Confirmation email and finally on the email we send each customer 24 hours after purchase titled "Thank you! Shipping + Washing Info"

Where is my tracking code?

You can track your parcel by following these simple steps:

1. Find the shipping confirmation email we sent you titled “A shipment from order #### is on the way"

2. Click on the blue button that says “View your order”

3. Copy the blue code underneath where it says “Other tracking number” then click the blue code to be taken to our “Track Order + Shipping Info page”

4. Scroll down to where it says “How do I track my order?” and click the link that corresponds to you

5. Paste the code into the box and click “Track Your Delivery"


My parcel is late, help!

94% of the parcels we sent in 2018 arrived on time. However sometimes issues can arise that can potentially cause parcels to be delayed. Unfortunately as we are not in control of shipping, this is a situation out of our control. If your parcel is taking longer than expected contact us at so we can assist you.

What happens if my parcel get's lost in the post?

If your parcel unfortunately get's lost in the post, then don't worry as our policy protects you. Pawwsy will reship any UK parcel that has been lost at our expense ***Terms and Conditions Apply***
