What's the average turnaround time?
Turnaround time means: From the moment a customer orders to when the parcel arrives through their letter box.

How long is processing time?
Processing time means: The time we take to design, print and hand stitch your order.
- 3-6 working days
We will send you a shipping confirmation email once your parcel is on it's way. That email will contain a tracking number so you can track your parcel from start to finish.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery time means: The time it takes your order to arrive at your address after it's been shipped from our print factory.

Sometimes issues can arise that can potentially cause parcels to be delayed. If your parcel is taking longer than expected contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can assist you.
Where is my tracking code?
You can track your parcel by following these simple steps:
1. Find the shipping confirmation email we sent you titled “A shipment from order #### is on the way"
2. Click on the button that says “View your order”
3. Copy the code underneath where it says “Other tracking number” then click the code to be taken to our “Track Order" page
4. Scroll down to where it says “How do I track my order?” and click the link that corresponds to you
5. Paste the code into the box and click “Track Your Delivery"
What happens if my parcel get's lost in the post?
If your parcel unfortunately get's lost in the post, then don't worry as our policy protects you. Pawwsy will reship any UK parcel that has been lost at our expense ***T&C's Apply***
