What's the average turnaround time?

Turnaround time means: From the moment a customer orders to when the parcel arrives through their letter box.

  • United Kingdom: 10 working days

 

How long is processing time?

Processing time means: The time we take to design, print and hand stitch your order.

  • 4-7 working days

We will send you a shipping confirmation email once your parcel is on it's way. That email will contain a tracking number so you can track your parcel from start to finish.

 

How long does delivery take?

Delivery time means: The time it takes your order to arrive at your address after it's been shipped from our print factory.

After processing is completed you can expect the following delivery times:

Where is my tracking code?

In the email we sent you titled "A shipment from order {{ name }} is on the way"

 

How do I track my order?

To track your order click the tracking code link in your shipping confirmation email and it will redirect you to the couriers website. Alternatively copy the tracking code that we sent you and click on the link below that corresponds to you.

Regarding the pandemic

Please note that couriers are experiencing transit delays due to pandemic. We have updated the expected transit timelines however disruptions could cause extended delays. Currently the couriers website states "Despite our best efforts some services may be disrupted." This means that there might be a chance your parcel is delayed. We truly appreciate your patience during this unprecedented time.

 

My parcel is late

Sometimes issues can arise that can potentially cause parcels to be delayed. If your parcel is taking longer than expected contact us at support@pawwsy.com so we can assist you.

 

What happens if my parcel get's lost in the post?

If your parcel unfortunately get's lost in the post, then don't worry as our policy protects you. Pawwsy will reship any UK parcel that has been lost at our expense ***T&C's Apply***
