When we receive an order our design team will finish cutting out your photo within 24 hours. We then manually place the face onto the pattern and make any adjustments to ensure a perfect print. Once we have finished creating your order it goes straight into production. On average it takes us 3-5 business days to print and hand stitch your order.
I want to buy 2 items or more with different pictures on each, how do I do that?
Click on the product you want to buy, socks for example. Where it says "UPLOAD YOUR PHOTO" click the button titled "Choose File" to upload the 1st photo you want used. If you want to upload a second photo where it says "UPLOAD ANOTHER PHOTO (IF YOU HAVE TWO PETS)" click the button titled "Choose File" to upload the 2nd photo you want used. Once you pictures have finished being uploaded Click "Add To Cart". When in the Cart page click the Pawwsy logo to be taken back to our home page. Now find the second product you want to buy and repeat the proccess. In the cart page it will show you every product you've added and also the pictures you chose to upload.
How many pictures can I upload?
We allow for 2 photo's per item to be uploaded at no extra cost.
Can I upload a picture of any pet?
Yes, absolutely! Dogs, cats, horses, rabbits, hamsters, lizards, birds, hoomans, you name it! Simply upload the photo you want cut and our designers will take care of the rest.
Can I see a mock-up of how my product will look before I purchase?
Unfortunately because our designers have to manually cut out your image and crop your pets face, were not able to provide this feature during checkout.
However if you email us 48 hours after you have purchased we can send you a mock up of what your purchase will look like.
We prefer photos with natural light from the sun (inside or outside). The higher resolution of your camera, the better. A close-up photo is best, with your pet facing foward, sitting or standing. Make sure the photo shows your pet's full face, including both ears.
